Enjoy our excellent shorebased teaching facilities at our base in the port du Golfe-Juan, and take in the beautiful views of the French Riviera, stretching from the famous yachting hub of Antibes all the way to the beautiful bay of Cannes.
Course Description
This course marks the beginning of the RYA Shorebased scheme. It is an ideal start for those who have limited time on their hands or require a stepping stone to more advanced courses such as the Dayskipper. This course aims to provide our students with the basic awareness and knowledge of navigation techniques and the safety and confidence required to take an active part in the running of their boat.
Pre Course Requirements
None! New to the world of boating? This is the perfect place to start! Coupled with the Helmsman practical course this is a great combination to get you out on the water.
