Powerboat Intermediate

Located in the pretty port of Golfe-Juan, Riviera Sea School boasts a very special powerboat course venue, situated right in between the famous yachting hub of Antibes and the beautiful bay of Cannes.

Course Description

The Powerboat Intermediate course was brought to the RYA National Powerboating Scheme in 2004 due to the demand for a course that would bridge the gap between the popular Powerboat Level 2 and the Advanced Powerboat course. This course aims to give you the opportunity to fine tune your existing skills in a safe environment allowing you to concentrate on the more advanced aspects of powerboating.

Included in your Powerboat Intermediate course fee are administration and certification costs along with all of your course materials including fuel and wet weather gear (often extras at other schools).

Pre Course Requirements

Prior to taking part in this course we ask that our students are competent to the standard of Powerboat Level 2. It is also recommended to those embarking on this course that they first complete the VHF short range certificate and a first aid course.

Our Powerboat Intermediate courses can be carried out at anytime throughout the year and are scheduled according to demand. Depending on your situation this course can be conducted at our base in Golfe-Juan or as Own Boat Tuition onboard your boat or yacht tender anywhere in the world.
